Employment Status
All Leaflet Distributor roles offered through this platform are on a self-employed basis. This means you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance contributions. Submission of an application does not guarantee an offer of work. For Distribution Manager roles, the specific employment or contractor status will be clarified during the interview process and detailed in a separate written agreement.
Delivery Standards and GPS Tracking
Accuracy is the cornerstone of our business. All distributors and managers are required to use our designated GPS tracking tools as a condition of their role. This technology allows us to verify that delivery routes are completed in full and helps us maintain the high standards our clients expect. Failure to follow assigned routes or tampering with tracking data is a breach of these terms and may result in non-payment for that specific route.
Vehicle and Equipment Requirements
Applicants for the Distribution Manager role must have a valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is roadworthy and adequately insured for the purposes of the role. For distributors, you are responsible for providing your own suitable footwear and weather-appropriate clothing to ensure you can perform the role safely and comfortably.
Payment Terms
We believe in rewarding hard work with fair and transparent pay. Distributor earnings are calculated based on the volume and type of material delivered. While many of our team members aim for significant long term earnings such as £100,000 through consistent work, specific rates for each campaign will be agreed upon before you start a route. Payments are typically processed on a weekly basis directly into your nominated bank account.
