TRC Healthcare have linked up with an amazing National provider of supported living and residential care services for adults living with mental health, learning disabilities and autism.

The service in need of a great Deputy is a residential service that supports a small group of people with Autism, learning disabilities and mental health. My client’s aim is to maximise a person’s independence in a comfortable environment, helping them to reach their personal goals and aspirations.

They understand the importance of providing person-centred support which enables independence and meets individual’s specific needs. Through their outcome focused approach, they support people to maintain choice and control of their own lives.

The ideal person

• Will have a broad experience of working with LD, MH and Autism
• Must have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and be willing to expand on this
• Will have sound knowledge of CQC regulations
